Default Replace Brake Pedal

Hey Guys,

I bought a replacement from Battistinis, along with pegs and shifter and grips for my '13 FXDWG.

I can't figure out how to remove the rear pedal assy. I see that between the peg and the brake arm there are flat spots that a large open end wrent will fit, so I assumed that I just loosen that, but when I try, it will not break free and the pressure i am applying is compressing front and back shicks a little making me afraid I am going to break something.

is it just really tight, or am i missing something?
