Ossoyos, BC… A beautiful drive up… Lots and lots of police on the highway… A smattering of rain, but the roads are almost devoid of traffic once I got past Hope… Saw several motorcycles.

The scarf on the right leg was bevy the snap closure had stopped working… I had Velcro install on both to fix that problem…Never wear them around town, but I always wear them on the highway when I’m out drifting. I find them warm or cool day I’m cool on a hot day… As long as I keep moving.

We were heading over a pass… Still fairly early in the year, and we got stopped right here… It was just after this on our way down the mountain when I dropped my GS, and it took the two of us to right the motorcycle…

The route includes heading back to Creston, then up the lake road and continuing through the West Kootenays to Revelstoke… Then towards Kamloops, and up into The Lake Country, Little Fort and Towards 100 mile house in The Caribou , then down through Lilloet , Duffy Lake Road, through Wistler and then back to Langley... Two long days or three short days… The weather will decide which it is.

Also used it on the GS… The Klim ADV suit is the most waterproof riding gear I’ve ever had… In the worst rainstorm I ever kept riding through, in all my years of riding, the only place there was any moisture was on the collar between the jacket and my Neotech helmet… The Siggy boots were warm and dry. I didn’t take the riding gear with me to Alaska on the Harley , and once I got north of 60, I sure wish I had.
