hi there, iam a new member . wanting some advice .
i have a 76 xlh i have had it for 6 yrs.
top end was rebuilt. carby was changed , but the mixture screw was butcherd so i put the old crab back on (as it WAS running fine with it on ) its a zenith carb.
ok the problem is i set mixture screw so bike iddeled fine open the throttel and it surges. then when it is hot it is very temermentel to start .
some times i let it sit for 1/2 hour then it will fire..iam thinking pump probs...
so any advice would be help full..and it is elec.start only
