I know that sometimes you have to lay out some big bucks for those new pipes or new seat, but sometimes the checkbook dictates a smaller purchase. I just bought a laydown license plate bracket for my Street Bob for about $30. I hated the billboard license plate bracket that came with the bike. I got rid of those ugly factory reflectors and tank badges...Changed the look of the bike and only cost a 1/2 hour of my time...Also got a rear turn signal module so my directionals are also running lights/brake lights but I think that was a bit more than $50...Nothing that improves your visability to a cell phone yackin, soccer team packin,McDonald burger snackin,SUV driver is a bad thing...Later
You can put a new headlight bulb in, I thinkit isa sylvaia H4 bulb. They are sold at any auto part store, and they are $19.95. They are suppost to be way brighter and a whiter light. I plan on doing it this week.
