Chubby Bagger Bar W0575 install question
I'm getting ready to install Chubby's Bagger Bars W0575 on my '07 Ultra Classic. The dealer said they have had a coupleof these bars crack between the risers, at the hole where the wires come out, but only on the ones that the one piece riser clamp was NOT installed. So I purchased the H-D riser clamp from the dealer. I researched online when I got home, and read that the clamp won't fit under the radio, and is about 1/8" too high.
Has anyone used the one piece riser clamp, and will it work?? Anysuggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used the one piece clamp on my '99 Ultra and had to remove a bit of material to make it work. Can't recall if that was to allow it to work with the radio or if it was to get the switch cap assembly to fit. Definitely wasn't a direct bolt-on.

Try part number 55917-08. It's the clamp that comes with thereduced reach FLHR bar, i think it's also known as the road king custom bar, it's about 1/2 as thick as the HD one piece chrome clamp. I'm using it on WO515 on an RG, same issue, HD chrome clamp a bit to thick, found this clamp by chance when trying the RKC bar for fit.
