Cotton sheets. Better than covers-they won't trap moisture. Inexpensive also. If you have a dealer in your area who will give advice without trying to sell you something, they will probably tell you the same thing. I would only use a cover outdoors.
I picked up one at Wal Mart. Nice cover for the money. It's over 5 years old now and good as new.
It does not scratch the bike or hold moisture. It even has add protection for the winshield.
The only thing it doesn't have is the Harley Logo.
