Default Dyna super glide fork oil

I have a 2005 Dyna super glide. I need to know what weight fork oil I need and how much to use. Thanks!

Default RE: Dyna super glide fork oil

Here's what I did, I've got a 2002 FXD and 2005 FXDLI the 02's service manual states 10.6 ozs. on just a fluid change. I put in 11 ozs. of 10w Bel Ray fork oil and since the forks on the 05 are the same I'll be doing the same. The service manual states 10.7 ozs.in the lowrider. The forks react and absorb the bumps so much better with the 10w in there. The 2006 is when the fork changed sizes. So go with the 11 ozs. My 2 cents.
