I had my 07 Ultra done yesterday. The throttle response seems better. At lower rpm's when you turn the throttle it just gets up and goes with no pinging or noise. It is also suppose to help with the surging problem.

Don't get too upset. A remap on your ECM is a 10 minute job. Have a coffee and it will be done. Easy peasy.

Ya right I'm not upset about the remap. But there are a 07's around with a few miles racked up now, rumours have it that bikes within the current recall had/have the possibility to burn out the rear piston. Be interesting to see how the moco handles those with big miles up, be some of us that have ridden a few miles with that potential in the bike. Just a bit pissed the with the factory is all.

Anybody else had this done?

Kinda wondering if it affects those with a SERT or even a Stage One download.

I went to the dealership today, because my 07 Street Bob had the recall for the 0903-Torque Smoothing Calibration. The person working the service desk told me he didn't know if they had the download for that and I would have to call him later in the week. He said he had a few calls about it and looks like he went and printed it out. Another guy asked if his bike was on the recall list and the service person told them he would get a letter. I told the other guy to check the HD website, because I didn't get a letter. I asked him if it was ok to ride my bike and he told me it was under warranty so go ahead and ride it. I didn't ride it too far. Maybe it's time to upgrade.

Stix,
Thanks for the heads up on this potential problem. I've had my 07 Dyna for a few weeks now, so I might check with the dealer.

S.G.T.
Go to the HD website and go to the service section and enter your vin number. It will tell you if your bike has the recall
