Harley-Davidson’s Custom Vehicle Operations unit has captured the attention of American speed seekers making-for an easy return of the Pro Street Breakout CVO in 2017. The riders over at MotorcycleCruiser.com highlighted the PSB CVO’s return recently and seems just as jumpy as the two-wheeled hounds in our office to get in the saddle.
