Dream Grills

We all have a dream. And that dream is of the perfect Weber or Viking range, spreading solidly across the backyard with its jaunty accessories, its flavor generator, its halogen light, removable smoker, easy lift canopy and commercial cooking capability.  It’s a grill to grow old with, to make memories with, to cook a metric #$%#ton of meat on.  Or at least, that’s my dream.

What’s yours? Is it a tiny Weber? A portable Coleman? Or is it a concoction of your own devising that you’re already using to become master of meat, emporer of elk,  supreme sausage slinger?
