Sorry I'm not taking a picture but I just checked my 14 limited it also has 2Q 2013 map data. I never looked before so I don't know what it had when I bought it. Trusting customer service information will sometimes drive you off a cliff no matter what the company.

I have to backup... I just went and looked at my pictures and the email from HD, 2013Q2 is the latest, not 2012Q2. I have 2013Q2 on my bike.... Geeeze, this being out of town in Philli is cramping my style when it was 70 at home and couldn't ride.

I'll be clearing snow today and not very good with pictures anyway but I think you got your answer, current version is 2q 2013. It came with one of the updates, don't remember which one, maybe the last one before the 8.3? If you search past threads relating to past software updates you'll find the info, there were a lot of posts (and pictures) about the new map version.

sorry for the lousy pic's, bike is in winter storage. as of version 1.18.2 my database is 2012 q2. for 149.95 from navi extras i can purchase current map of 2013 q2. I am sure the confusion is the last part 20130201 probably is a identifier when the nav version was made not the date of maps, possibly issued 02/01/2013 which would be current for my 09/13 bike. If anyone has conflicting proof please share. Mike
