Added these two parts last night I think it's a nice addition.

Trim upper inner fairing 61400122

From what I have read, that part no is discontinued and you have to find a dealer that has them in stock. Got mine from a dealer in Ames IA.

Did this to mine 2 weeks ago when I installed the color matched inner. Couple of comments:
- The fairing insert 61400122 is obsolete. Have your parts guy use 61400122A. That's the current part. I have no idea what changed. It looks the same.
- The brackets and screws listed above aren't absolutely necessary. On the 2014 CVO they aren't used. The factory plastic part and chrome part on the CVO is held in with double-sided adhesive tape. I simply reused the adhesive tape that was holding in the plastic part.

Have the fairing dash piece on. Have the tank parts sitting on kitchen counter waiting on the screws and brackets. Can't wait to get them installed.

That's odd as the CVO parts list is where I got the bracket part numbers from??

For the extra 5 bucks for the screws and brackets I rather have the extra holding power I left the double sided tape just to prevent a rattle .
