I lifted the tank on mine to run the cable for the PW and the AT. Was pretty easy, actually only lifted it about 4-5". This gave me plenty of room to run everything very easily. I lifted the tank and slid the head of a rubber mallet under the tank to hold it up while I ran wires.

You might need to loosen the clutch handle bracket to install the clamp for the PV display, the clutch cable makes it a tight fit around the handle bar. After installing the clamp, re tighten clutch bracket. The clamp I got from fuel moto placed the screen at an angle that made it impossible to read it the sun. The install took me about 15 minutes. I had mine installed for 2 days then removed it after completing the auto tune.

The PV has a lot of cool features, but it's also a distraction.
ditto on loosening the clutch housing, and agree it's nearly unreadable there, but I like checking my head temps when i stop, i have to lean up & shade it with a glove, so it works for that.
