Probably; but if I hold onto it as long as I've kept my 2002 RKC the difference in 2024 NADA values between a '14 and a '15 will be negligible. So in the long term, I'm certain I "saved" some money.

That was pretty good since charcoal does turn orange when lit.

I was simply trying to explain the sometimes false economy of buying leftover year vehicles if you plan on selling/trading in a couple of years which is what happens with a lot of high mileage touring bikes. If you don't put much mileage and are able to keep a bike 10 years, then the difference in a years resale value doesn't matter.

And we all know blue is the hottest part of a flame. Blue is the fastest color.

Noticed today while lookin around the local HD dealer, that the '15 inner fairing has a matte finish instead of the high gloss I have on my Limited. Might have to upgrade mine, really liked the matte.
