my 2014 sgs had some issues with my cruse control not working and my info button not working took it in they replaced both switches 2000 miles later it happened i took it back they called around did some research and said that everything led back too bad ecm got it changed then ran into another issue my fp3 i bought wouldnt work since they changed ecm it locks to the ecm so shipping to send it to get cleared takes 2 weeks if live in kansas just wandering if anyone has had a issue like this
i am considering the fp3 but it marries to the bike and if the ecm goes bad and is replaced i suspect that you lose the flash and have to jump through hoops with v&h to get it resolved but i would not do any of that messing about with the bikes electronics until the moco resolves the core issue with your malfunctioning electronics before wandering anywhere but because i live in milwaukee the moco techs ride right over to my house and hand deliver anything i need because i live in the motherland.

Don't really hear a lot about ecm failures. Given that, I'd take the "gamble" and get an fp3, if that were the tuner I wanted.
