I posted a few weeks ago about my bike not running right. It would cut out off throttle and when cruising.
Dropped it off wed. and today the tech rode it and had the same issues.
After running some tests, the ECM is bad.HD tech support agreed with him.
The SW has to call the ESP co. tomorrow to submit a claim.HE said it should be covered, fingers crossed!
I had one go bad on my 05 they warranted it because I was using a SERT so there was no problem through my dealer. But they said it might not have been covered if it have been "tampered with (flashed) by any other tuner interface
Good luck and let us know how it works out for you

I removed the PCV and installed the stock air filter before taking it in.Nothing was said about it being tampered with today when I went to the dealer.
I had the same issue. This problem has occurred once a year for the past three years. This time I calmly explained that this was the third time the issue had occurred. When the checked with HD the moco said that the computer had issues and would be replaced under warranty. I had a tune on the old ECM. They had to send the old computer, the new computer, and mu tuner to TTS. The tuner has the ECM info from the old computer on it and TTS needs to sync the new computer with the tuner and unlock the tune on the old computer. Harley won't accept the old computer with a non-Harley tune on it.
