Update......The SW called me last night.
The stock ECM was replaced after testing and consulting with HD.The engine still has the hesitation/misfire problem.Their diagnostic computer is saying it is bad gas.
Today the tech is going to drain the tank and retest to rule that out.

They are blowing smoke up your a$$...The digital tech cannot detect bad gas...It can detect a misfire or a no combustion condition...But not bad gas...Have they performed a fuel pressure test?...If they insist that the computer is saying its bad gas...Have them show that to you while it is hooked up to the computer.
Within the last few weeks, some one had one that was not running correct and one cylinder overheated (he said dealer said lack of fuel on one injector) They claimed ECM was the cause and that the piggy back system plugged into it did the ECM in. Best I can remember that covered it since they had put it on. Also said only a dealer can install an ECM since it has to be flashed to the bike.

The SW said the fuel pressure was good and believes that it is not bad gas.Said the digital tech asks questions that must be cleared.
