Exporting Saved Routes

Exporting Saved Routes
Ok, I'm stumped.
I went to trails in navigation and selected a new trail. Multiple actually. I used the menu to export and nothing was written to the USB drive even though it was reported as successful.
I used the other export menu after loading a route and same thing. I get the message that the default filename has been written but nothing is on the USB drive.
I tried exporting to the same drive I loaded files from and to a totally blank drive.
Thoughts?
