2014 ultra limted update problem
I tried to update my 2014 ultra limited to the new 1.22.0.1 and it keeps saying the file is "The ISO image on the attached USB is corrupt or incompatible". I unzipped it to a usb drive that I formatted prior to download. I downloaded the file from harleydavidson.com so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.....
yes, the file is unzipped and it is the only file on the usb drive. I was able to download the dealership update file but not the 1.22.0.1 update.

Fixed it
Turns out, the usb drive I was using didn't have enough transfer speed (it was a few years old). It transferred the small file (dealership update) but not the larger file. It was 16 gig so it met the size requirement but evidently there is a speed requirement! Used a new 32 gig thumb drive and it updated flawlessly.
