Correct but I think the point here is that this is only 15.2% off not 20% OFF....It is DECEPTIVE, you can call it whatever you want but this is NOT 20%.....I use Kutter, I find buying there averages 17- 18% off list and includes shipping.
If I compare this to my closest local dealer who is an hour away I would pay list + 8.75% sales tax so in my case even with the tax figured in I'm saving roughly 20% at Kutter
LOL, go to Surdyke site right now and give me an HD part number that is not 20% off MSRP. Then explain to me how that is deceptive.
BTW, I'm I'm looking for a nice hotel in Lake Havasu for a weekend in February, can you recommend one ? Is Kingman the closest place to rent a Harley ?
I've bought a LOT of stuff from Surdyke. Had a discussion with them a couple weeks ago when I went to order my CVO gauges I had in the wish list. Everything was only 10% off and when I asked first they said "owner changed pricing structure" then they claimed "prices fluctuate".
I told them I wouldn't be buying from them. They didn't seem to care.
New Castle shipping broke deal. Kutter just emailed and said parts have been shipped.

Did Surdyke lead you to believe that parts would be anything OTHER than 10% off ?
Until Midnight on Sunday (or maybe Monday) they are advertising 20% off Genuine HD merchandise.
Can you produce ONE HD p/n from Surdyke that isn't 20% off... RIGHT NOW ?
This thread started on the premise that Surdyke was "playing games"
What "games" are they playing????????

Well.....the best place to stay in Havasu is the Nautical Inn. It's on the island right on the water and close to all the good restaurants. I suggest that you call them directly and ask them for one of the newer rooms and not the old section in the lagoon.....Lagoon is great in the summer when you are in a boat but with the bike I'd rather be in the newer section (also lake front) and have a better view of the city and the lake.
Yes Kingman (Mother Road Harley) is the nearest dealer and they do rentals there. If you're flying into Vegas I'd also think about just getting a bike there and ride down to Havasu....it's about a 2.5 Hour ride and not a bad road!
Send me a PM if you need any more info......I'll do what I can to help.

Thanks!! We fly into Tucson (my kid has a house there) week in Havasu, week in San Diego then back to Tucson. Thanks for the tip on Nautical, your the second one to mention that place so I'll be sure and check it out.
I use Kutter, but mostly Surdyke because I don't get charged taxes when I buy from them. Living in WI, I do by Kutter. Couple of things -
NO business is going to charge you taxes and not pay the state. That is beyond illegal and they would probably get run out of business.
Prices do vary at Surdyke. When I wanted to order my tourpack, the prices between Kutter and Surdyke were generally pretty close. But, on occasion, Surdyke would offer free shipping (up to 35 lbs but discounted if heavier) and lower prices on the tourpack. My end cost was more than $100 less than Kutter. But sometimes it was more! I had to check daily and eventually I got the tourpack at a very low price and reduced cost shipping. Because Kutter is a local business, I called to see if they would match it. He said "No" mainly because he had problems shipping tourpacks with them getting damaged. He said he sells them only as a courtesy basically and basically said I should get mine from Surdyke.
I thought Surdyke's 20% off sale with free shipping went through Monday, midnight. I made my purchase yesterday, Friday, today, Saturday the prices are back to Thursdays level. I guess it was in fact a one day offer. Glad I did not hesitate.
