All, I created a fingerprint on a couple different USB sticks and Naviextras won't recognize the USB stick and continues to say "No Device Connected" message.

Any ideas?

 

Only thing that comes to mind is did you restart Naviextras between
tries. I had a drive go bad and fought with it until I restarted the program.
I am assuming (I Know) that you are wanting to do a map update.
Did you do this from main menu


Setup
System Information
Navigation
Export for update

Thanks for the feedback. I tried that. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted....

 

Is your stick formatted in Fat32? I think that's required.....
