8 weeks since Total Shoulder Replacement
I tore most of the tendons in my left shoulder in a crash August 4th. Surgery to repair on Septembere 10th. It's been slowly, but steadily improving, and in the last two weeks I have had big jumps in motion and strength.
I'll give the same advice I have been given; do everything the therapist tells you. It may seem like you're getting nowhere, but it will start coming together!
I was able to get on my new bike for the first time 2 weeks ago. Spent half an hour doing figure 8's in a parking lot. Best feeling in the world! But boy, was my arm tired!
