Thats it? WTF ? There is a toggle on the switch gear for a dedicated screen just for that? Seems pretty lame to me.
All 3 of those bits of info could easily be displayed as an option just like others such as clock, MPH, time whatever. What was the thinking behind a separate toggle for that?
On a fully loaded Limited with so much technology, Tire Pressure Monitoring system would be a lot more useful than a toggle switch that just displays a random information screen that could be displayed through an already existing screen. Seems like a brain fart to me. Am I missing something?

Welcome to the disappointment of purchasing what you thought would be an outstanding technological improvement only to find it wasn't.
And don't get me started on the sub-standard radio & GPS operations.
The factory reps will be here in a couple of weeks, I hope I get some straight answers.
The vehicle information will only be displayed if you have your radio on. With the radio off and the time showing you can press the switch and nothing happens.
I think guys are just looking for things. Why did you buy something you didn't like? There isn't a motorcycle that doesn't need improvement. We brought Rushmores because they where the most advanced Harley's to date.
It's really just a way to easily replicate the gauges that were on the older dashboard...nothing more, nothing less. They needed to make room for the new radio and the phone storage place. Personally, I like it. That's just me. I wish they could have figured a way to have another storage place to the left of the radio. I'm not going to join the discussion about the radio/nav/info...mine works as advertised, but I am not very adventurous with it's functions.
I do agree with the OP when he says Tire Pressure Monitoring would be appreciated. My $16,000 2011 Corolla even has that, and it's nothing more that an appliance to get from one place to another cheaply.
I think Harley as well as other manufacturers want bikers to be pro-active with their machines, this includes checking your oil, gas and tire pressure. I actually like seeing what my oil pressure is, even if if not up to my expectations.
HD touted the Infotainment system and unfortunately it does not perform up to expectations. HD has been slow to offer updates/fixes - 5 updates/16 months. The updates have fixed some problems but often caused other glitches so much so that HD removed the update released in August 2014. It took another 2 months for HD to release another fix. HD's owner's manuals still contain incorrect information regarding the Infotainment system after a year. I purchased a 14 FLHTK because I wanted the CB. I intended to use the same handheld microphone that I had previously used on my 02 & 09 Ultras as the accessories catalogue stated it would work - not true. The FM radio has the worst reception of my last 3 bikes. I bought the top of the line HD but HD has been slow to address it's shortcomings.

You're leaving? that's too bad. I enjoy watching folks who don't understand technology enough to use it, slinging non-sense at those who do.

I enjoyed your statement "most advanced Harley's to date".
H-D should be ahead of the crowd, not following it and poorly at that.
The only "advanced" equipment on my 14 that works correctly is the linked brake system. So the majority of the equipment that I bought the Rushmore because of, doesn't work.
