Engine Oil & Intervals
I change plugs when I have it dyno tuned, then the next set of new plugs comes with a new bike. I also change out all the light bulbs, the belt, shocks and forks when I change out the bike.

Once a season or every 5K miles, whichever comes first with Mobil 1 V-Twin synthetic in the engine. Red Line shock proof in the trans and Red Line specific in the primary. Plugs every 20K.

you read my mind... Exactly the same as I do except I change tranny and primary at recommended intervals...

... But why do people change plugs so often? They last 100,000 in cars. Does a Harley with EFI and electronic ignition, same as my truck by the way, use them up faster for some reason? Not trying to be a pain in the ***, I really want to know as a lot of people recommend the same thing.
