Don't be afraid to hit apply to flash what it had learned so far. The auto tune will still be active and will be learning new info while it runs what you just flashed. I hit apply 4 times before I was happy and then hit finish.
I bought the FP3 and downloaded their APP. Emailed Vance and Hines Support to see what I should setup with my Rinehart 4" and they recommended starting with Twin Slash Rounds with Standard baffle.
Then I noticed that they 'Standard Harley Label' reads '103 Twin Cool'. I have a 2015 Ultra CLASSIC (not twin cooled). Starting to think maybe I should take the FP3 back and go with a PV-2.
Anyone with thoughts ? (:::::slapping self ::::: THAT is a stoopid question )
@41inWV- Demo mode is not a 100% representation of the way the FP3 works with your bike. It is there for consumers to explore the application without having to buy the unit and explore the GUI.
In reality, the first time you plug the FP3 into the bike, it will decipher your VIN and only show you maps available per your VIN. If you wanted an accurate map lookup without being plugged into the bike, then scroll to the bottom of the Demo mode list and you can enter your specific VIN. Please see the screenshot below.

Hi,
I am using the FP3 for about 8 months and could not be any happier with the investment. My setup is 2014 Ultra Limited - Rinhart Slim duals and Rinhart Mufllers - Arlen Ness big sucker - Map is V&H power duals and Mufllers with standard baffles. I ran auto mapping and made some changes to the AFR tables to make it bit richer and also changed the throttle progressivity to moderate. The bike runs excellent, responsive, the power feels great, no popping ever and sounds like a black hawk helicopter
@VHCneely I installed the FP3, haven't yet run auto tune.... seems the first map is uneditable.
Correct. You cannot modify the Slot 0 map as this is your stock map. However, you can make a copy of it then make whatever changes you like. But the Slot 0 map will always be there in case you need to go back to stock.
@vhcneely.... How do you make a copy of the map in slot 0?
Go to "View/Edit Maps", touch an empty slot (#1) then select the map you want to copy to that position. That will be #0 which is your stock map. Now, you can edit that map. #0 can never be edited as that is your original map and will never be lost so essentially you now have 2 maps that are exactly the same but #1 can be edited.

Nick, have you ever dyno-ed your bike with that current setup? I have about the same setup, no exactly the same setup. Just wondering about your hp, I had installed some cams but never dyno before.
