I'm curious...why on earth did you spend more than DOUBLE the money on a kit that doesn't give you as much control as the kit I posted (look at the 2nd remote it comes with)? The one I posted actually has more LED's using fewer strips and has more features to boot. It also comes with all the heat shrink pre-cut for you to heat shrink all the connections...

Okay since you asked here it is: First I wanted a kit that I could connect in tandem in certain areas with disconnects at both ends for easy disconnects when servicing the bike. This also helps eliminating all that extra wiring and makes a cleaner install. Second, I didn't want to get stuck with a single color. Third, I did not want to have to install a switch and have to turn it on and off with a switch. With this kit it turns on with the remote. Fourth, the ability to switch between colors, fade, strobe, scrolling, speed, etc was a plus for me. Fifth, I prefer the 5050 SMD LEDs. Sixth, with this kit I can cover just about the whole bike and not just the engine area. Seventh, the light effects with sound is a good thing to have as an extra feature. Eighth, I didn't pay that amount, look at the ad "Best Offer" Ninth, All of the wires are already covered with a black in color sleeves. Once again a cleaner install look. Tenth, I can get another remote for $15 if I want when ever I need one. Eleventh, I could not find a comparable kit that would come close for what I paid. Twelfth, very good reviews on Ebay. See the video on the ad and you can see the features for yourself.

As far as the light count look again, your kit has 60 lights. The one I purchased has 90, that's 30 more (half of your 60 kit) than your kit. The ten short strips on the kit you purchased may be fine for you, but I measured first where I wanted my strips, what I needed for each of the areas and went from there.

Thanks for asking

LOL - fair enough. Just for the record...the kit I posted does every single thing you noted and comes with the second remote in addition to the hard switch. I mean LITERALLY everything you described down to the easy ability to disconnect the individual strips. I had enough LED's to cover the engine, front forks and rear bags.

Next time ask for more pics brother! I hate to see folks spending more than they have to, that means you could have had something else for the scoot!

Cool Inferno, I was thinking about this kit for my Ultra Limited. Would you mind describing where you placed each piece and how you routed/chained them together? I know this is asking a lot, but I would greatly appreciate it. I have a joe florida kit on my dyna, it doesn't have the ability to chain the strips so there are a lot of wires to bundle up.

Would help you with that but I just ordered it two days ago and it hasn't come in yet. I will be installing it on my 15 Ultra Limited once it gets here. I can get back with you later on that. I was going to go with Joe Florida also, but from what I saw the kit I ordered was a better deal for what I wanted. Plus free shipping and no tax made it even a sweeter deal for sure.

Love this picture. Those gauges were definitely what your bike needed. So glad I could help you out with them. Thanks again Michael
