If you read the directions it says the toggle switch is used to determine what all strobes and the other toggle is an on/off. So flip the toggle that's not the on/off and everything should strobe. Now how did you mount it?
Ordered mine yesterday along with tri bar and wiring adapter for the plasma rods. Can't wait to see how everything looks. I have their led bullet replacements and a few people have said it is a noticeable difference with the brake and running lights. When I hit the brakes they say they can't look directly at them. As long as its for safety purposes i'm ok with spending the money.
Installed mine yesterday as soon as it arrived (Tri Bar light and flasher) and only the bullets and tri bar flash. My plasma rods do not. Both switches in the on position per the instructions. Wondering if its because I have the dual color plasma rods.

Just got off the phone with Kim and she walked me through the hookup to make sure the plasma rods worked with everything else.
The strobe unit has to be ahead of everything else going out to the rear fender and the red wires from the plasma rods had to be posi-tapped to the red wire on the outgoing side of the strobe unit.
Everything works perfect now. She was great! We did try a couple of different ways first before she found the right combination.
Just received a email from custom dynamics saying the new magic strobe (one of the first ones off the lines) will have to have a couple of diodes installed across two wires to function properly. Anyone having problems with theirs? I gave them a call and the will be sending them to me to install. Anyone else receive this.

I got the email too. I'm not installing anything though. I will eventually send this one back and have them send me a new one. One of the switches on mine won't move so we already discussed replacing the one I have.
Ordered mine yesterday will be here tomorrow!!!!!
