Head pipe

Has anybody cut their cat out and put the head pipe back on and bike run fine? I have a 2014 SGS. Thanks

Many of us have. I have done 3 different head pipes in the last 6 months. Mine is a 14 Limited and the MC runs about the same as it did before just less heat on the Boss' right leg.

Meh, I just went to Fuel Moto and paid the 400 bucks for a set of Vance and Hines Dresser Duals. I know that answer isn't for everyone, but the time I spend on cutting and welding just to get a product that looks identical to what I had isn't worth it. I like new and shiny things.

I seen the eBay listing for the decat head pipe. But itsnt it hard to tune those because it doesn't separate the flow and the o2 sensors won't read correctly. If not I'm undecided between the one from eBay or jackpot headers.

I did mine with no issues at all. Unless you call it being cooler on the leg and OL foot a problem. Used a micro tuner from fuel moto which eliminates the o2s completely.
