My new '11 FLHTC didn't come with them and after I got the cat out with Amer Custom header never ever thought about it. I didn't even know they made such a thing until '11 and I have been riding Harleys for 37 yrs!
Soon as I get my current cat out of the bag, the ugly things are coming off, just not in a hurry, doing other stuff.
