I'm running the Supertrapp Stout Slip ons, SE stage 1 Air Cleaner kit and stock head pipe with cat still in. I called V&H and they told me the best map to use was the High Output Slip-on map with standard baffle. I have also tried the Twin Slash slip-on map, as well as the Monster Round slip-on map. I have the throttle setting on moderate for all of these maps.

After testing all of these using the ever accurate butt dyno, the High Output works best by a large margin. Better roll on throttle response, idles smoother, seems to run cooler and no decel pop. I plan to run a few auto tune sessions when I have the time. I'm really impressed with the FP3, and love how simple it is to use. Great product.

Thanks for the info, I had thought about using the High Output map but wanted to err on the conservative side. I'll give it a try. There is still more room for improvement since my fuel mileage is still about the same. Couldn't tell any difference with the auto tune over the can map I started with.

I hope the info helps you out. One other thing I did was load all of the maps into different slots and leave the FP3 plugged in. Then I just pull over and switch maps, ride again and so on. Easier to compare each map this way. I will say when I first bought the fp3 I thought I would choose a map, run the bike that way, then disconnect the fp3 and put it away. The FP3 is such a great tool that I can see I will get a lot of use out of it. I really like the throttle sensitivity adjustment - great feature.
