I recently updated to the latest software version and took a trip from North Georgia to Northwest Arkansas. On this trip I created multiple routes on the computer and downloaded them. I have done this many times with the previous version of software. However, 3 of the routes I created on this trip would lockup the screen when selected. The others did not.
I did a master reset today and reloaded one of the problem routes. The same problem recurred. The route appeared to load alright, but when it was selected to use, the display locked up. The ignition would need to be off for about 2 minutes to be able to operated the info system again. Also, since a route must be selected to delete it, a factory reset was required.
Never had this happen. What program did you use to make the routes? Have you reloaded those GPX files back into your PC to see if there are errors in the files?
Garmin Basecamp and Map source in gpx format. I have reloaded back in computer and they work fine. What bothers me most is the system locking up. I have used the Garmin programs many times to create gpx files. I only began to experience the problem with the 1.19.0 update.

I had some funky BT connectivity issues with 1.19.0 so I went back to 1.18.3 since I never had any issues with that SWDL. Gonna stay with 1.18.3 until after the next update...
