That means the music on your phone failed to sync.
Mine does it from time to time also, but I have 2 phones paired, and it usually does it when I tell it to hook the other phone up.
My phones are a Galaxy S5, and a Galaxy Note4.
I listen to music off of my iPod plugged in.
Ok, I usually have my USB memory stick in the USB port, and then when I bought the Glaxy S4, I also bought a micro SD card for it and loaded the same songs on my USB memory stick onto the SD micro card. I was thinking I could plug the phone in to the USB port and listen to music and use the phone. I then read that the phone has to be connected via blue tooth to work as a phone, and my songs in my phone only showed like 2 or 3 songs. So I just went back to my USB memory stick and use my phone only as a phone. Maybe that's why I keep getting the sync failed message.
So how do I fix it? Do you think if I remove the micro SD card from the phone it would fix it?
I have the same phone and get the same message. Don't have any music on the phone. Last year it would receive calls and I could answer them this year nothing does not receive calls. The phone is listed on paired devices. Tried removing the from the Boom Box then re pairing it still the same thing Bluetooth is on. It started doing it before updating to 1.19.0.
In my case, the " sync failed " is due to text messages not syncing. My phone connected by bluetooth does everything that it is suppose to do, other than texts.
I can make & receive calls, play music, look at at my contacts. Texts won't sync or register. Although, I have been told how to get it to work. If you delete all of your texts from the phone, it will sync. MMS messages stop the sync from working. I'm just not willing to delete all my old messages.
I have a note 5. When the bt connects I get a sync failed and while playing Iheart radio, the name and artist of the song doesn't show up on the radio display. I previously had a galaxy s4 and the info of the song displayed properly. Thoughts on how to correct this or even if it's possible?
