Radio flash procedure on a street glide?
I need to take my bike to the dealer to have the radio flashed in order to have the 3.5mm aux cable kit I just installed, to function. does anyone know if the fairing needs to be removed to connect the harley digital technician? anyone see how the procedure is done?

The flash is done through a connector under the side cover.

I had that same mod done by the dealer and it was flashed at that time. All other updates, I take a clean thumb drive of 16 gigs and download the updates after unzipping them to the root of the drive, stick the thumb drive into the USB port ,turn on the Infotainment system and go to media tab. It will detect the update and start the load automatically. just follow the prompts.
