As I was cleaning the bike today(2015 Limited Ultra) I noticed that the back tire is cupping all the way around, I run 40psi in it and check it weekly so then I checked the front and it has weather cracking going on between the tread in several places, I have 12,000 miles on it and I did purchase the tire and wheel protection plan, will this be covered. Both have over half of the tread left on them.

The front tire "cracking" between the treads is normal. As far as tire wear, you best read your contract or call the toll free number on your contract. Most don't cover wear issues, only a failure or puncture.
I had my Dunflop rear tire cup out at 5000k. Dealership refused to cover it. I replaced the POS with a Michelin Commander 2. I am now at 16k and it looks brand new. I have never had luck with Dunflops or dealers.
If you have tire esp just put a nail in the tire right before you get to the dealership and pay $50
Now you know why our insurance rates keep going up.
OP, do you normally ride two up? I keep my Dunlop at 40 psi but I commute solo mostly. How bad is the cupping? Is the cupping mostly on one side or both?

Hahaha you know it's true. Dealer has no choice but to replace the tire.
My first rear tire had 7500 on it and cupping, nail and tire wheel warranty replaced. Was running 40 in it.
New tire now has 6000 on it and not cupping at all...have been running 43 in it 2 up or solo. Wear is good and might expect 18k + out of it.
Also run 38 front, wear is good as well.
Cupping is generally caused by under inflation from what I have read
