Something is definitely up with my 2014 CVO. On and off, the engine, will feel very sluggish, like it is hauling a very heavy load. While the idle is unaffected, and is not displaying any engine lights etc. the engine will revs very slowly, and very quickly returns to idle, almost like something internal is pulling it back to idle quickly. It will accelerate very slowly, then decelerate very quickly. Again, like something is slowing it down. I'm pretty the problem is not in the drive train, or brakes as pulling in the clutch while decelerating, it coasts very freely. It's not making any mechanical noises whatsoever, but it did seem to be running a little hotter than normal today. Then, out of nowhere, it will run fine, revving freely again. It started doing this about a month ago, on rare occasions, now is doing it more and more. FWIW, its a stock motor with 10,000 miles.

Anyone ever experience anything like this?
Check your spark plug wires. There have been problems with them rubbing through the insulation from contact with the tank or frame.
Thanks for the advise. I did think air cleaner initially as I was riding some dusty roads, however after a very thorough cleaning, still having the problems. I will check the plug wires, but it in now ways feels electrical. There is no "missing" whatsoever. It actually seems to be running fine, just under a heavy load while running.
My '09 Ultra did something similar. Turned out being the EFI connector at the rear of the throttle body was intermittent. A little dielectric grease took care of it. The same grease took care of a intermittent saddle bag light as well on my '14 SGS.

This could be the problem for sure but if it's under warranty still I'd let the stealer take a look at it first though. One other thing is it's showing trouble codes if the engine is on so it could be several things such as exhaust sensors etc, I'd take her in and let them pull the codes and maybe they can pinpoint the problem quick.
