13K on my limited and I changed the Primary oil this weekend. It had redline oil in it. And it smelled so burnt it was not funny. Bike is still under factory warranty. Does not feel like it is slipping. Should I take it in and let the dealer check it out?

I'm guessing the redline had been it for 8000miles or 3000? What did you put back in? What was the color? How much metal was in the oil? Why would you want to bring it to the dealer?
At that mileage the oil should start looking better, most all the metal should be about done and the oil should start looking better. The smell will be diferant with diferant oils, I would run some formula + a few thousand and change it again. Catch the oil in a large clean container and see what comes out that's all the dealer is going to want to do if you don't any issues. Just because you think the oil smells funny is no reason to think there's an issue!
The primary is a wet clutch anything you put in there is going to change color and have some smell.
I do agree F+ is as good as anything in there. At least those of us that use it don't seem to have Compensators going out twice a year.
