From CD - Our Dynamic Ringz™ are made with an outer ring of 24 white LEDs for an exceptionally bright cool white Driving Light . The inner ring contains 24 amber LEDs for an exceptionally bright Amber Turn Signal. Now here is the Dynamic part, when a turn signal is activated the White LEDs turn completely off for the entire turn signal cycle providing greater visibility to the Amber turn signal! At approximately 6000K these GenesisŽ II White LEDs will provide the same color as most HID kits and come with a Lifetime Warranty Against LED Failure. Our Dynamic Ringz™ must be used with a Clear or Smoked Lens (Sold Separately). Available in both bullet and flat styles. Bullets are available as Inserts or Chrome Bullet Ringz™

Got them a few months back (August I think) Nothing but compliments. Awesome contrast between run and turn signals make for much better visibility by all. make sure to get smoked lenses with them as they will pop better than they would behind the amber factory signal lens. These are a plug and play and can be installed in a couple minutes or less.

I could be wrong, but I believe he has the Dynamic rings. The picture just looks like the whole inner is lit up in white.
The bullet ringz have the chrome front housing with leds built into the lens/housing and I think there only 8 of them or something close to that.
