Long Weekend
Charleston is a great place by the way.
The more I ride this Limited, the better I like it, bike ran like a top. The three hours in stop and go traffic (45 minutes to go 7 miles at one point), had no heat related issues at all. No roasted legs or chestnuts which was a nice change. My last Ultra, I would have had to pull over to let it cool down cause it would have over heated but not this one.
Not sure how many of y'all are familiar with I-40 coming through the gorge..........Today was nice. Very little traffic, no sign of any cops so I ran it quick, some times a little too quick. This bike handled it better than any I have ever owned in the past, hands down.
The day maker that folks complain about................Love it and wouldn't have anything else.
The only bad thing I have to say about this bike after a 900 mile three day weekend............The weekend was too short.
With the cruise set at 80 MPH, two of us and still got low 40's for MPG. With the cruise set at 80, I can twist it and still zip by a big truck if need be.
Hate that some have trouble with their bikes but after 7 months and 7300 miles..........This is the best Harley I have ever owned out the last 7.
