Guys, I have a blower made to blow dry bikes and cars, by the time I'm ready to blow the water off its too late in some spots when washing in the sun. CO and AZ guys must know what I'm talking about, very low humidity here(thank god!) and strong sun. I'm interested in someone's experience with a di system. They can be used for home windows also.

No water softener. Our water is not especially hard or soft, just enough to leave marks. But that's a nice setup.
Camco Taste Pure inline water filter and the air shammy. Change filter after spots start to appear. Can be purchased at local RV stores. Also a good polish helps bead water off better.
I haven't bought them in quite a while but a quick check shows Amazon still has them. They used to sell them in 10 packs. I don't remember them being that expensive tho.
