Correct you can both listen to your own music sources and talk on the intercom at the same time. The coms also have built in FM and you can also listen to different channels while connected to intercom.
Yep, that is does. I think I have photos of my setup in my albums.
The major advantage of the 20S vs the 10S is that the 20S will communicate between up to ten other bikes, and the 10S with up to four other bikes.
Unless you need to communicate with up to ten other bikes, I believe the new 10S will do all of these things for significantly less cost. Anybody know for sure?

The 20S has two Bluetooth channels, not sure if the 10S does.

The 10 will not allow you to listen to music and talk on intercom at the same time. You can only do one thing at a time. Also the sound quality of the 20s is far better than the 10. The mic is superior as well. I can't see any reason to get the 10 when the 20 is so much better.

Not sure I follow.
You can't ever "listen to music and talk" at the same time. It's one or the other. The device will either switch back and forth, or it won't. The phone is first priority, and the intercom is second. If you're listening to either the built in FM or another music source, and another rider starts talking to you, the device will allow you to hear what the other rider said, and then it will switch back to your media.
I use the Sena SMH10R. The low profile model. It can communicate with 2 others and your phone, or 3 others, but the phone is disconnected until one of the 4 of you disconnects, then the phone re-connects.
It does music but I haven't explored that much so I can't help you in that regard.
Riding with another bike, both of us two up, or four solo bikes, all communicating, makes the trip very enjoyable. However the best thing for me is its low profile.
How does the SM10 hook to the Infotainment system?
I can't help you with that question, I'm sorry.
I'm one of those riders who needs all his wits about him, no distractions. I always have the map display on but I find the music takes my attention away from everything that needs it.
I only use the Sena for intercom and the occasional phone call.
