ok I just installed the latest update 1.19.21 now the repeat button for voice prompt no longer works and the voice prompt no longer gives exit# or rt numbers it just says exit the highway very frustrating
Just had the same problem. The voice prompt tells me to turn in half a mile, no street name and no further voice prompts. Hopefully this thread will clear things up.
When I upgraded to 9.2 I lost the repeat function plus some other issues, screen locked up, few other things. Only good was 90% of the time the media resumed where I left off when I shutdown and restarted. I went back to 9.1, less issues in my opinion. I'll probably try the 9.2 again but for now .1 is fine. Two steps forward and three steps backward...
I certainly hope my screen shots did not do it??? Just trying to help get to the bottom of What version he installed and I 'think' that has been settled ??
Now for his 'issue' I have read several posts where someone does an update and 'things' go missing - what is That answer??? who knows,,, I do not use all the features that our systems has to offer so I can not be of help there - My biggest issued was when we had a something on the screen, turned OFF the bike and then restated and it seem to come on in another location, LOL - that was solved with the current update... I would suggest to 'try' and go to the dealer and have them do an update and then see what is missing and put the monkey on their back - just a suggestion
I upgraded mine from 1.19.1 to 1.19.2 with no ill effects (thank goodness). In fact, I rather like the fact that now it will continue playing MP3's upon restart, the AVC seems to work a lot better (sound quality wise).
I don't really use "Favorites", so maybe it doesn't work, who knows.
