Default Any Ideas why clutch fluid weak?

So as I was changing my front suspension I removed the upper portion of the triple tee to allow handlebars to rest on the tank covered with a towel. When I was done raised the bars and installed the upper portion of tree. I first noticed the front brake lever very soft. Pumped a few times and pressure was back up. When I pulled the clutch lever it was also soft and it took a lot more pumps to get it back but still not like it was. Now when I release the clutch it engages much sooner than originally. My question is this normal and if not since I did the work do you think I could get it fixed under warranty?
There was no signs of anything leaking.
Help please

when you laid the bars back you allowed air to enter the lines . there is air at the top under the caps. you need to bleed both cylinders.

I checked the fluid level, it appears to be very low as well. I can see the liquid at the bottom of the inspection window. I don't know where the fluid went, it did not spill or leak out.

Warranty is to cover defective parts.

Since you performed a service on your bike (and as mentioned allowed air to enter the line), it can be fixed pretty easy.
But I don't see why warranty should cover it, since there isn't anything defective.
It is something you inadvertently caused and can correct.

This makes me wonder about bleeding the ABS brakes. Is this different from regular old style separate systems?

I called two different local HD stores. Spoke with service manager at both. First one says it must have leaked out somewhere and I would need to bleed the brakes. I said there was no visible sign of any leakage. He said no to it being under warranty. Called second HD store. Explained same thing to them. They agreed to bleed the brakes was showing concern as to where the fluid went. They said either leaked out or leaked into the tranny due to a bad slave valve. They said don't ride it, they are sending a truck to pick it up and hopefully it will be covered by warranty.

I had the same issue on mine , the actuator was leaking . Replaced the actuator and while bleeding the dealer found a leak in the sight glass as well. Both repaired under warranty.
