They are even louder and deeper without the wrap. I run CVO cans with 2" baffles on both my bikes. With the stock cat pipe the noise level is about perfect. With the Fullsac CX pipe it can be a bit loud sometimes. My ears are bad and have tinnitus all the time in my left ear.

When swapping out the CVO cans with a Fullsac baffle, with time they do get louder. As per Steve George and many CVO owners will attest.

When I had my Stage I and Stage II 110"" motor I went from Fullsac 2.25" baffles to the 2.5" baffles.

Now that I have the 117" motor, I have the Fullsac 2.0" baffle which I was able to pick up more then 10 LB of TQ down low.

Also LOTS to of folks use only half of the insulation with Fullsac Sleeves.

So folks if I get this right, by adding fullsac baffles to my cvo cans along with changing out my exhaust head pipe will give you better sound and performance?

Absolutely, I just removed the cat from the stock headpipe and used the 2" baffles then tuned with TTS.
Bike sounds and runs great.

Yep what torchmaster has said.

DON'T forget the Turner (TTS) either, as it will be needed.

Go to Fullsac, talk with Steve, ask questions and order Everything from him.

Might as well a small eat the CVO can Sleeves too.

One stop shopping!
