I have cvo take offs on my 16 RGS. 2" fullsac baffles and steel wraps. Was not much louder than the stock CVO baffles. Deeper. Just a tad louder. I gutted my cat and now they're perfect. When I put them in the bike all stock with stock header the tone changed but not the volume.
They are even louder and deeper without the wrap. I run CVO cans with 2" baffles on both my bikes. With the stock cat pipe the noise level is about perfect. With the Fullsac CX pipe it can be a bit loud sometimes. My ears are bad and have tinnitus all the time in my left ear.
So folks if I get this right, by adding fullsac baffles to my cvo cans along with changing out my exhaust head pipe will give you better sound and performance?

Absolutely, I just removed the cat from the stock headpipe and used the 2" baffles then tuned with TTS.
Bike sounds and runs great.
