BAL's are Great IF you have an extra $500 laying around, lol
I was going to go with the saddle bag lights also but instead just installed the 'Filler lights' from CD and they are GREAT - for me = no real need for the saddle bag lights.
I set the CD Fillers up as Brake and Turn = almost blinding

There are many less expensive BAL options available. I live and ride in a very rural area and it is very dark. My BAL was a little over $200. Even if my BAL cost $500, it would be worth it to me to get people's attention and be seen on these dark roads.

A BAL-1 is $170 from Boardtracker HD. I went with the 3-RT and absolutely love it.

I have them. I also have the HD ElectraGlo saddlebag lights which stand out (in more ways than one) much more than the Stealth lights under the bags. You're also looking at the Custom Dynamics Fillerz & fender tip running/brake light along with a BAL tail light.
