Problem # 2
Good evening Guys and Gals,
While on my way home from the dealer the other day I noticed when I pushed the Command Button "Left Side Control" I hear the BEEP (Where you would say what you want), but right after you hear the CANCEL BEEP BEEP without pressing anything...
Any ideas??

Latest software is 1.21.0.4 which I have been running w/o issue. Versions between this & 1.20.1 all gave me flaky results.
I have a buddy that had issues with 1.21.0.4 so I did a factory reset & then reinstalled my copy of 1.21.0.4 and it's been rock solid since (original load was from someone else's download).
I would give a reset & reinstall to see if that corrects the problem.

With IGN off, press & hold the Power/Mute button on the radio, then turn IGN switch to ACC. After the disclaimer screen appears, release the Power/Mute switch. The system comes up in diagnostics mode. Mine down into the menus to find the reset & select it. Radio will do the reset & then reboot back to regular menu.

OP says the cancel occurs w/o pressing anything? I know I don't see this response when I actuate the Voice Command (although I never hold it depressed long enough to actuate the Siri interface). 1.20.3

Perhaps, as you imply, the OP is holding the Voice Command switch long enough to activate the Siri interface? IDK. Certainly anyone that has used the long press of the Info Screen button to toggle the High Contrast Screen option (not documented until 2016 Boom Manual, but added in an update for 2015 RG models because of the bad screen angle) would recognize there is a difference in function between a button press & a longer 3 second hold of the same button?
