So a guy told you that you are picky? That hurt your feelings and you needed a manager to hold you hand? Did they have a bunny and a coloring book also?
Hey ******* if it were your bike with the attitude you have I bet you would be screaming and hollering about the condition.
A brand new bike, with all those issues is not ecceptable, i would contact the HD corp. and have a little chat about all this, and what the dealer told you,
Yep. They own Crystal River, too. O.P. you list your location as Gainesville, Gainesville HD is still family owned. They were my go to dealer when I lived in N. Florida, I'd check them out if I lived close.
I did go there because they are three miles from my house. They couldn't give me the deal I got from War Horse HD. Guess now I know why...

Nope, I bought the bike at War Horse HD in Ocala because they said they had a brand new one in Velocity Red in stock at their sister dealership, Crystal River HD. It was late in the day and I had to leave town the following day. So, I did the paperwork at War Horse HD. They delivered it the following morning. The rest is nightmare...
