iPhone Stopped Linking
I've lost the ability to link my iPhone 6s to my 2014 Ultra Ltd..about a year ago it stopped working with the USB port so then I started to Bluetooth, now it won't link at all,I just had my iPhone replaced by insurance and it won't link either, not sure if anyone has had these same problems, I only use it for Pandora,I've reinstalled the App several times. I've not updated my system because that's what caused the problem originally with USB and at the time the service mgr told me to use Bluetooth instead, I replaced my battery about 6 weeks ago and it worked after that. Not sure if its an issue with settings on the phone or radio or if it needs the latest update
I'm not an expert but I would try deleting any phones already paired. Then power off your cell phone. I'd start from scratch again (possibly even return your boombox back to "factory settings")......bottom line try starting from scratch....... boot up your phone, turn the cycle on accessory....and go through the entire pairing process ie: discovery and pair.
IF that doesn't solve your problem....I suggest you stop at your dealer and ask them to do it for you. Often they have a tech that knows some "tricks".
