Wireless headset question

Default Wireless headset question
Just got the wireless half helmet headsets for Christmas. I took them out of the box to look at them.The microphone stick plugs into the left earpiece but it does not seem to plug in snugly. If I wiggle the headset a bit it falls off. Anyone else have these headsets notice this? These are the Harley SPH10 Bluetooth headsets.

Will come off for sure when riding! Something is obviously not right.
