The fact is that some businesses are not good at both aspects (or not good at either) ... Supplying / Performing / Execution of Goods / Services AND Customer Relations...
That being said...I don't remember many (or any) threads like these about Scott or Kirby in the Engine Section or Fuelmoto and DK Custom in other sections

Well thank you KumaRide, fast learner for sure. Im really only here for my daughters Sportster, as I have the dealer do all the work on my bike. I do enjoy learning, the nav thread recently was great for me, hence youll see me here once in a while picking up tips on things like that.
