chirping noise
My Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic has a chirping noise at low speed. The slower you go the longer between chirps. Applying the brakes hard will stop the noise, but slight application of the brakes will not. It is a hard sound to describe. I don't see any evidence of the tire(s) rubbing on anything.

I've had a couple of drive belts that would chirp once in awhile. Easy fix, I would put a little paraffin wax on both the inside and outside edges of the belt and the chirping went away.

I had a low speed chirp. It sounded like it was under the bike. I just had new tires installed and it turns out both the front and rear wheel bearings were quite worn; the rear were the worst and the culprit of the chirp. My Limited has 17,200 miles on it.

I don't have first hand knowledge of your problem (the chirp) but while doing some research on cupping tires I came across a post that said this exact same thing, wheel bearings. Might want to check those too...good luck!
